Our target segment includes mainly Georgian emigrants and people from post-Soviet countries living in the United Country. The service is also available for foreign citizens who are interested in buying real estate in Georgia, an apartment or a commercial space
What services do you offer to customers?
We help customers to choose, to buy or to prepare the relevant documentation for the apartment or commercial space they want, to create comfortable service and make the process of choosing an apartment easier for them, we opened an office in New York at 6902 18th Ave, Brooklyn, New York, NY, 11204, where many immigrants have already bought accommodation and we’ve already gained satisfied customers.

Our partners are the leading companies in the Georgian market: Archi, Marshall Development, Mziuri Garden, Alliance Group and White Sails
Where can immigrants buy an apartment?
Interested emigrants can buy real estate in any project of our partner companies, in Tbilisi, Bakuriani, Batumi, Gonio, Gudauri or at Goderdzi resort, including more than 20 projects of Archi in Tbilisi and Bakuriani
For example, if I want to buy an apartment in Archi, or another partner company, do you add any money for the collaboration?
No,with our help, our customers will buy an apartment from USA to Georgia at exactly the price and conditions offered by the companies in Georgia, so instead of sending relatives in Georgia, you will be able to choose the apartment you want in the US and buy it with identical amount of money and terms
What are the plans for the future?
In the near future, we plan to further expand the list of partner companies and offer customers an even wider choice. Also, we are working on getting the appropriate license to start sales in America soon, by the way we already have a lot of interested customers.
