The construction of Archi Isani Block B began in 2017. The total investment cost of the project is 60 million US dollars. High-quality, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly building materials have been used in the construction of Archi Isani. The house is built of high-quality blocks manufactured by the modern technology of the German brand Ytong, which in 2013 was recognized in Germany as the Brand of the Century. Compared to conventional concrete building blocks, Ytong blocks have six times less thermal conductivity. Walls constructed from this material preserve the room temperature longer. Accordingly, 40% less energy is spent on heating and cooling the rooms. In addition, Ytong material has unique properties that prevent the spread of fire for up to 4 hours.
