Archi Mukhiani 3A

The construction of Archi Mukhiani began in the fall of 2015 and ended in August 2017. With its modern architecture and the quality of its public areas, this project stands out among other houses nearby. In the construction of Archi Mukhiani high-quality, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly building materials were used. It is worthwhile to mention the blocks, manufactured according to modern technologies, from the German brand Ytong,, which in 2013 was recognized in Germany as the Brand of the Century. Compared with conventional concrete building blocks, Ytong blocks have six times less thermal conductivity. Walls constructed from this material preserve the room temperature longer. Accordingly, 40% less energy is spent on heating and cooling the rooms. In addition, Ytong material has unique properties that prevent the spread of fire for up to 4 hours.
